Multiplanner 3 D MRI of the prostate is good for screening for those who really need it and for biopsies of lesions under MRI Imaging. The Spectroscopy portion has not been well worked out yet. UCSF Urology is a leader in MR prostate imaging.
PCA 3 is a genetic analysis of prostate cells for cancer obtained by milking-massaging the prostate. Am guessing the accuracy maybe around 7O-80 % .
