I am so glad that you are moving to a form of immunotherapy; it is the wave of the future in medical oncology. Another hope is that we can one day induce a form of terminal differentiation to get the neoplastic cells out of the cell cycle, then remove the lesions surgically. That sometimes happens spontaneously in kids with neuroblastoma when there is terminal differentiation to ganglioneuromas.
