Dear Kingsley: This very important thread is going nowhere. We are just going around & around chattering about trivia when what is needed is very simple.
What is needed is for you to select the top 6-12 compounds which displayed the very best overall LE (& preferably HS increase). This is all known literature data, correct ?
Provide this info to Felipe Si/era for ITP & to Gordon Lithgow for Buck ‘s Bait program consideration.
Our aging research community, including Buck & the the NI, likely must already have this data, correct?
Let’s get this moving rather than continuing to chatter about it endlessly for years.
Our aging research community is years behind & we must take intelligent action to succeed in our Mission.
