My collaborators just completed a study comparing changes in gene expression, miRNA and methylation profiles during aging, and we hope to publish it soon. The oldest patient in the study was 96. They have really cool algorithms that can make sense of gene expression data even when it is partially degraded allowing them to work with post mortem data and they would be willing to share authorship and maybe even some IP. Does anyone have gene expression / miRNA datasets from centenarians/supercentenarians from any tissues?
Do you know if these data sets exist? Does anyone who has access to these data sets?
