It’s an interesting idea that you suggest about telomeres from transplants gaining length. I wonder if anyone has observed this? I have read papers indicating tissues put into a youthful environment do rejuvenate so it’s possible. Perhaps telomeres are merely markers and change according to their environment?
How easy would it be to test if that is the case?
Regarding the plasma itself I am wondering how often it would need to be used? Also too much could amplify factors already present and cause issues as well as offsetting bad factors. Unless you replace all the plasma in one go with new plasma. That seems somewhat impractical if so.
