There is a much simpler and more effective way of preventing brain aging and atrophy.
Take large doses of a wide range of nutritional supplements (vitamins, minerals and herbs). Works in rodents, canines and humans. And it also extended rodent lifespan. Human lifespan data available in 122 years.
And a combination of *just* B-vitamins reduced the grey matter atrophy rate by sevenfold – in humans
